1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GRAD360 App ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and GRAD360.

2. Information We Collect

The GRAD360 App is a digital platform designed to assist high school students in their career readiness and community service tracking. The App collects, stores, and processes data to monitor the following aspects of a student’s academic and career readiness journey:

  • GPA and Academic Performance
  • Attendance Records
  • ACT/SAT Scores
  • Extracurricular Activities
  • Employment Information
  • Community Service Hours
  • Letters of Recommendation

This information is used to support students’ educational and career planning, create resumes, and provide a leaderboard for student competition.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you are responsible for:

  • Providing Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration and use of the App. This includes personal information, academic records, and community service data.
  • Maintaining the Security of Your Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. In the event of unauthorized access, you agree to notify the school administrator or GRAD360 immediately.

4. Code of Conduct

The App promotes a safe and respectful environment for all users, including students, school staff, and administrators. By using the App, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

  • No Bullying or Harassment: You are prohibited from engaging in bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind. This includes but is not limited to online and off-campus behavior that targets students, school staff, or administrators.
  • Cyberbullying: The App enforces strict anti-cyberbullying policies. Any electronic communication that is maliciously intended to threaten, harass, or disrupt the safety or orderly operation of the school is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
    1.Communications directed specifically at students or school personnel with harmful intent.
    2.Communications intended to disrupt school operations.
    3. Creating a reasonable fear of harm to students' or staff's person or property.
    4.Any online activity that reasonably impacts the school environment.
  • Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or permanent removal from the App, school-imposed disciplinary actions, or legal recourse where applicable.

5. Information We Collect

The App integrates third-party services for the following purposes:

  • GPA Verification
  • Community Service Hour Tracking
  • ACT/SAT Scores
  • Resume Building

These third-party services may require access to specific data provided through the App, such as academic records or community service hours. By using the App, you consent to the sharing of your data with these third-party providers for these purposes only. GRAD360 ensures that all third-party providers comply with applicable privacy standards and laws.

6. Data Management Rights

As a user, you have the following rights concerning your data:

  • Data Access You can view your personal data and academic records at any time while enrolled in the App
  • Data Modification: You have the right to update or modify your personal data by accessing your profile or through your school administrator.
  • Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time prior to graduation. Upon request, and subject to verification, your data will be permanently deleted.
  • Post-Graduation Data Access: Upon graduation, users will have a 30-day period to access, download, or view their data. After this period, all data will be securely deleted from the system.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its contents, including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by GRAD360 or licensed to GRAD360. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

  • User Content: Any data or content uploaded by users (e.g., community service records, letters of recommendation) remain the property of the user but are licensed to GRAD360 for the purposes of providing the App's services.

8. Privacy and Data Security

GRAD360 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all user data. We use industry-standard security measures, including:

  • SSL Certificates: For secure data transmission
  • DDoS Protection: To protect against malicious attacks.
  • Firewalls: To safeguard user data from unauthorized access.

9. Termination of Use

GRAD360 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct that is deemed harmful to the App or its users. Upon termination, your access to all data in the App will be revoked, and no further services will be provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

GRAD360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, interruptions in service, or unauthorized access to personal information. GRAD360’s total liability for any claim related to the use of the App is limited to the amount paid by the user for access to the App (if any).

11. Modifications to Terms

GRAD360 may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, technology, or practices. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through notifications within the App. Continued use of the App after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within [Insert County], Ohio.
